Order Process
Reminder: Please choose items from the website menu only. And there are minimum orders/quantity for each item. Seasonal products are subject to availability.
1 / No Shipping or Home Delivery at this time
Meet-up, pick up on a weekend only, between 11AM-3 PM, in San Francisco, rain or shine. But, feel free to message the bakeshop for other meet-up/pick-up location arrangements.
2 / Place order
Pre-orders only. Place order on the website form below or email. Place an order (at a minimum) 5 days from the meet-up/pick-up day.
3 / 50% Pre-Payment On All Pre-Orders
After an order is acknowledged and details sorted, you will receive an itemized invoice, payment information/method, pick up date/time and location, for your review. If all are in order, complete the pre-payment. Once payment is received, a final confirmation will be sent via email.

At this time, once pre-payment is received, item additions or subtractions on an existing order will not be accommodated. You can place another pre-order if the item(s) is still available.
4 / Pick-up
Full payment is required upon pick-up
5 / Cancellation and No Show
The pre-payment is non-refundable for cancellations made 2 days from pick up date, or for a no-show.

The confirmed location cannot be changed on the day of the meet-up/pick-up. Please do not arrive later than 10 minutes from the confirmed time as not to delay other meet-up/pick-ups. We reserve the right to leave if you are late, and consider the transaction as a no-show.
